1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any website, product, or service operated by Devxin ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of Devxin, including devxin.net and all associated product platforms.

2. Description of Services

Devxin is an AI-focused technology company that builds and operates practical AI products across multiple industries. Our current offerings include:

• FCar — an AI-powered platform for automotive consultation, vehicle pricing analysis, and technical condition assessments.
• Other AI products across mobility, food, legal services, and adjacent domains, currently in development or limited availability.

Our services are built on a shared AI core and are continuously evolving. Devxin reserves the right to modify, expand, or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using our services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

When using Devxin services, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information to our AI systems.
• Use our platform to engage in any unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activity.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from our services via automated means.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, infrastructure, or other users' accounts.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit AI-generated outputs without prior written permission.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code into the Platform.

5. AI-Generated Outputs & Disclaimers

Devxin's AI products generate outputs — such as pricing estimates, condition analyses, and recommendations — that are for informational purposes only. These outputs do not constitute professional, financial, legal, or technical advice.

While we strive for accuracy, AI systems can produce errors. Devxin makes no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of AI-generated results. For high-value decisions (such as vehicle purchases), we recommend independent verification by a qualified professional.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Devxin Platform — including but not limited to software, AI models, text, graphics, logos, product designs, and AI-generated outputs — is the exclusive intellectual property of Devxin or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain Devxin products and services are offered on a subscription or usage basis. Where applicable:

• Billing: Payments are processed through our secure payment partner (Stripe). Devxin does not store card details.
• Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Pro-rated refunds are not provided unless required by law.
• Price changes: We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 14 days' notice to active subscribers.

8. Service Availability

Devxin aims to maintain high availability for all products. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected outages, or third-party infrastructure failures may occasionally affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned downtime in advance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Devxin and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Devxin in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $100 if no payment was made.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Devxin and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, or if necessary, through the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

12. Modifications to Terms

Devxin reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date will be revised. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active users.
