We solve the biggest pain in the used-car market: fear of discovering the truth too late — hidden mechanical issues, surprise repair costs, biased salespeople, and lack of trustworthy information.

Although FCar has a strong position in building trust and technology, we still face several real challenges in the early stages:

The used-car market in Vietnam is growing slowly due to economic difficulties (2025–2026). Users remain cautious about large purchases, which may slow down user acquisition and showroom partnerships.

Users are accustomed to "beautiful advertising" models from other platforms. Introducing "honest facts" (daring to point out car problems) may initially be perceived as negative, requiring time to build awareness and trust.

Major competitors like Bonbanh, Otofun, and Carmudi already dominate listings and community share. FCar must compete through the quality of facts rather than the sheer volume of listings.

Strict compliance with Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Law 2025 and avoiding potential defamation claims from car manufacturers or sellers. Moderating user claims and ensuring data security require careful processes and investment.
